Field Trip to libby
Yesterday we went to St. John's Lutheran Hospital in Libby. We broke up into 4 groups and went to 4 different places in the hospital: pin the organ on the patient, x-ray, emergency room, and a patient room with Nurse Dorthy. We finished the day with a picnic lunch at Fireman's Park. Thank you to Brandon, Alicia, and John for taking their time to chaperone with us.

Our Limerick
Yesterday we learned about Limericks. We learned that a limerick is a poem that has 5 lines and follows an AABBA pattern. The kids came up with the limerick all on their own (I just helped with the flow of it): Enjoy...
There
once was a dentist named Phil
Who
enjoyed using his drill.
If
you didn’t floss
You
were at a loss
For
you would have a very big bill.
